Ashby August Home Sales Range From $290,000 To $705,000
Ashby recorded eight property transfers between July 31 and August 29. Six sales disclosed a price, ranging from $290,000 to $705,000, with a median of $475,000. The month's top sale was 522 Greenville Rd at $705,000, sold Aug. 13 by Tracy A. Bitondo to Joseph Hadfield and Adrienne Frongillo. Main Street saw two sales, the period's two lowest disclosed prices. Two transfers, at 152 Foster Rd and 35 Whitney Rd, closed with no price disclosed and involved buyers and sellers sharing a surname. Disclosed sales split evenly between under and over $500,000, with none above $1 million or below $250,000.
