Ashby Home Sales Range From $40,000 to $420,000 in Late Summer Stretch
Ashby recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, though only six deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $40,000 to $420,000 with a median of $255,000. The period's top sale was 700 New Ipswich Rd. at $420,000, sold by Travis C. Bettencourt and Lauren C. Perry to Alex Amadon. Foster Road, Wright Road, Main Street and New Ipswich Road each saw two transactions. Five of the 11 transfers were family or trust transactions with no disclosed price, a pattern that shaped much of the period's activity.
