Ashby home sales split evenly between disclosed and undisclosed prices in July

Four properties changed hands in Ashby between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price. Those two ranged from $575,000 to $580,000, with a median of $577,500. The top disclosed sale was 75 Nash Rd at $580,000 on July 15, sold by David and Shelley Amari to Kyle and Sarah Joy. Two other transfers, on Davis Road and West Road, appear to involve the same family members on both sides of the deed, with no price disclosed. With half the period's sales lacking price data, the available records don't support a clear read on market conditions.
