Ashby recorded 10 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only five carried a sale price in registry data so far, ranging from $122,000 to $575,000 with a median of $220,000. The month's top sale was 110 Piper Rd. at $575,000, bought by Brianna Ramirez and Jonathan Caceres from Complete Home Improvement Inc. Half of all recorded transfers involved same-family sellers and buyers or transfers into a personal trust, including two separate sales on Mayo Road. The remaining five sales, including one with no listed street address, show price not yet available, a normal registry lag rather than a sign of withheld information.
