Ashby Records Seven Property Sales in Late July, August With Top Sale at $705,000
Ashby recorded seven property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Five of the seven sales disclosed a price, ranging from $290,000 to $705,000, with a median of $575,000. The month's highest-priced sale was 522 Greenville Road, which sold for $705,000 on Aug. 13 from Tracy A. Bitondo to Joseph Hadfield and Adrienne Frongillo. Two transfers, at 152 Foster Road and 35 Whitney Road, appear to be within-family or trust transfers and did not disclose a price. Sale prices spanned both the under-$500,000 and $500,000-to-$1-million tiers, with no sale exceeding $1 million.
