Five of the seven sales had a price recorded, ranging from $290,000 to $705,000, with a median of $575,000. The month's highest-priced sale was 522 Greenville Road, which sold for $705,000 on Aug. 13 from Tracy A. Bitondo to Joseph Hadfield and Adrienne Frongillo. Two transfers, at 152 Foster Road and 35 Whitney Road, appear to be within-family or trust transfers and had no price recorded yet. Sale prices spanned both the under-$500,000 and $500,000-to-$1-million tiers, with no sale exceeding $1 million.
