Nine Ashby property transfers recorded in late summer, five with disclosed prices
Nine Ashby property transfers were recorded between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Five carried disclosed prices ranging from $40,000 to $705,000, with a median of $375,000; the other four listed no price. The top sale was 522 Greenville Rd for $705,000, sold by Tracy A. Bitondo to Joseph Hadfield and Adrienne Frongillo. Two streets, New Ipswich Road and Main Street, each recorded two transfers. Five of the nine transactions appear to involve same-family parties or trust transfers, mostly among the undisclosed-price group, while the four disclosed-price sales involved unrelated buyers and sellers.
