The top sale was 522 Greenville Rd for $705,000, sold by Tracy A. Bitondo to Joseph Hadfield and Adrienne Frongillo. Two streets, New Ipswich Road and Main Street, each recorded two transfers. Five of the nine transactions appear to involve same-family parties or trust transfers, mostly among the unpriced group, while the four recorded-price sales involved unrelated buyers and sellers.
